Marcato is a master-planned urban community being developed in the heart of downtown Tacoma’s dynamic Renaissance District. Construction began on Phase One / Reverie in 2005. This six-story condominium project, which includes 93 elegant homes and penthouses, is complete and ready for occupancy. Phase Two is expected to get underway in 2008.

When complete, Marcato will be a sophisticated and highly livable urban village, encompassing three city blocks.
